Position : Engineer - Tool and Die

Qualification – B.E In Mechanical

Experience – 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• ·      Manage end-to-end production processes for aluminum frame manufacturing.
• ·      Able to manage 4 cleat and 8 auto framing machines
• ·      Hands on experience in cleat manufacturing , Short frame and long frame machine.
• Raw Material Knowledge - Short / Long profile and cleat dimensions.
• Dimensional Drawing knowledge for the product to fabricate/machined.
• Knowledge on Product changeover process.
• Hands on operation of cutting machine – cutting wheel life assessment and spare management.
• Hands on operation and maintenance of die tooling section of the machine – Drain hole , earth stamp , mounting hole
• Hands on operation and maintenance of Stamping section of the machine – crimping plate replacement and maintenance
• All tooling related issue to address with proper RCA and CAPA
• Daily Production report and checklist updation.
• Awareness of tool box talk and daily CLTI.
• Awareness on Industrial EHS practices.
