Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on Amazon and Shopify, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and product details.
- Handle order processing and order management, including order confirmation, dispatch coordination, cancellations, and returns.
- Provide customer support through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Conduct R&D and product research to identify new, trending, unique, and high-potential products.
- Research competitors, pricing, product demand, and marketplace trends.
- Maintain accurate product and order-related data in back-office systems.
- Monitor inventory, product availability, and listing-related issues.
Assist in improving product listings and overall marketplace performance.
