Digital Marketing Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Design teams.

Allocate work, monitor daily productivity, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Conduct daily team meetings and weekly performance reviews.

Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.

Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure client requirements are delivered on time.

Recruit, train, and develop team members.

Resolve team challenges and improve workflow efficiency.

Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed across all projects.

Digital Marketing

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.

Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.

Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (Google My Business) for local SEO.

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.

Oversee social media planning, publishing, engagement, and reporting.

Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to management and clients.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical & Local SEO).

Experience with Google Business Profile (Google My Business) optimization.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Knowledge of Google Ranking Factors and algorithm updates.

Experience in Social Media Marketing and content strategy.

Team handling and project management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an advantage.

Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
