Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Provide online and remote technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and networking devices.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote support platforms.
- Guide customers through installation, configuration, and maintenance processes.
- Record and track support requests and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills:Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and IP Cameras.
- Understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of remote support tools.
