Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining jewellery products, and achieving sales targets while providing an excellent showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom professionally.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain jewellery designs, features, quality, pricing, and available options.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide accurate information.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Generate sales and achieve individual/team sales targets.
• Maintain proper follow-up with customers and potential buyers.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and other showroom teams for smooth transactions.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery at the counter.
• Maintain showroom discipline, hygiene, and professional appearance.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of jewellery products.
• Participate in promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.

• Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from other retail/sales industries with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
