Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging, original, and high-quality content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with market and business goals.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy optimized for audience engagement and SEO where applicable.
- Design or coordinate the creation of graphics, reels, short-form videos, carousels, and stories.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage day-to-day posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement while maintaining a positive brand voice.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, marketing teams, and other departments to produce impactful content.
- Analyze content performance using social media analytics and recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Conduct hashtag, keyword, and competitor research to improve organic visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, maintains quality standards, and aligns with the company's marketing objectives.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple social media formats to maximize reach.
- Keep a library of creative assets, content ideas, and campaign materials organized for future use.
- Required SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- May have some basic knowledge of editing tools like Canva, CapCut.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok content strategies.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or platform insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
