Aero Chem Neutron is a fast-growing speciality pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company with over 250+ products across gynecology, metabolic health, orthopedics, and general wellness. We are expanding our business network and seeking dynamic professionals for our Inside Sales Division to drive growth through distributor and doctor engagement.



Job Summary


The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing B2B relationships with distributors, doctors, and retailers through telecommunication, digital tools, and CRM platforms. The role focuses on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.



Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential distributors, doctors, and retailers through calls, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.

• Explain product range, schemes, and business offers to channel partners.

• Maintain and update CRM database with accurate lead and follow-up details.

• Coordinate with the field team and management for lead conversion and order finalization.

• Handle inbound and outbound B2B inquiries effectively.

• Send product quotations, schemes, and promotional material digitally.

• Track monthly sales targets and achieve assigned KPIs.

• Conduct virtual product demos and support onboarding of new partners.

• Maintain strong after-sales relationships for repeat business.



Qualifications

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B customer acquisition (pharma or FMCG preferred).

• Strong communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.

• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel, CRM, and email communication.

• Target-driven, persuasive, and relationship-oriented personality.
