Business Development Executive (BDE)

Career Advisor (BDE) : We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Career Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential candidates (cold calls & scheduled calls).
• Understand candidates' job requirements and career goals.
• Explain our job placement services and packages.
• Guide candidates through the enrollment process.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain call records and update lead status.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge.
