Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and lead generation activities.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, and automotive window film solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of Royal Tint products and smart glass solutions.
- Manage client accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports, client follow-ups, and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with smart glass, window films, architectural products, interior products, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
Experience Required
1–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Experience in window films, smart glass, glass industry, interior products, construction materials, or automotive accessories preferred.
