About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our healthcare network, generate patient referrals, and build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, corporates, and healthcare professionals.

Qualification

MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred)

Graduate candidates with strong healthcare BD experience may also apply

Experience

Minimum 1 Year Experience in Healthcare Business Development

Experience in Home Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers, Healthcare Services, Pharma, Medical Devices, or Healthcare Marketing preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals

Generate patient referrals and business opportunities

Conduct daily field visits and networking activities

Identify new partnership and business opportunities

Build corporate and institutional tie-ups

Maintain daily reports, MIS, and CRM updates

Achieve monthly business targets

Represent the company professionally at meetings and events

Support branch expansion and market development initiatives

Required Skills

Healthcare Industry Experience

Existing Network with Doctors, Hospitals, or Healthcare Professionals

Two-Wheeler and Valid Driving License Preferred

Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar
