Job Description

• Identify and qualify potential Residential/Industrial clients through Door to Door marketing ,

research, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach.

• Assist the sales team in outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Draft and share quotations, proposals, and contracts with clients.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales documents, and activities

in the CRM.

• Ensure effective follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

• Contribute insights during sales review meetings and support strategy planning.

• Stay updated on solar industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to

support decision-making.

• Process sales orders with accuracy, ensuring all documentation and approvals are

completed on time.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless project

execution.

• Track sales activities and update dashboards on a weekly basis.

• Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and MIS for internal reviews and sales

meetings.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demo appointments, and field visits for

the sales team.

• Engage in field marketing activities; owning a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license

is compulsory.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field(Preferred).

• 1–4 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales within the Solar Industry(Preferred).

• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.

• Knowledge of solar energy systems, net metering processes, subsidy mechanisms,

and industry regulations.

• Ability to manage documentation, follow-up processes, and multi-team

coordination effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory)
