🚀 We’re Hiring! | Body Shop Advisor (1+ Years Experience)*

Are you an automotive professional with a strong background in customer service and body shop operations? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Body Shop Advisor to join our growing team at Kataria Group in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad! 🚗🔧

If you excel at building great customer relationships, handling insurance claims seamlessly, and coordinating workflow between clients and technicians, we want to hear from you.

*Key Responsibilities*:

• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, greeting them, understanding vehicle damage concerns, and explaining repair processes and estimates.

• Insurance & Estimation: Coordinate efficiently with insurance surveyors, manage cashless/claim processes, and prepare accurate repair estimates.

• Workflow Coordination: Liaise closely with technicians and the workshop floor to track repair progress, ensure quality standards, and commit to timely vehicle delivery.

• Documentation: Manage job cards, billing details, and maintenance records accurately through the system.

*What We Are Looking For:*

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Body Shop Advisor or Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of automobile body repair, painting technology, and insurance claim procedures.

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
