Job Description
- Outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMI/payment.
- Remind customers about pending dues and encourage timely payment.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to payments.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Gujarati/English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
