Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking & Reservation Management: Process customer travel bookings, hotels, flights, and excursions, ensuring correct details in the system. 
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with vendors, airlines, and tour operators to secure confirmations and manage allotments.
  • Invoicing & Reconciliation: Generate customer invoices, receipts, and travel vouchers, and reconcile daily sales transactions and payments. 
  • Customer Support Coordination: Assist the front-end sales team by resolving booking discrepancies, cancellations, or refund requests. 
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate digital databases, update travel inventory, and prepare daily or weekly MIS reports.
