Accounts Executive

Prepare and issue Debit Notes and Credit Notes as per business requirements

Verify supporting documents before processing adjustments.

Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.

Ensure GST compliance related to debit and credit notes.

Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies.

Manage sales and purchase accounting, including invoice verification, posting, and ledger maintenance.

good Knowledge of GST & TDS

Work Experience Microsoft Excel (Basic formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP).

Work efficiently on Tally ERP and SAP accounting systems for data entry.
