Company: Apurva Water Management System | Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat 📍  

Experience: 2-5 years | Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts & Finance – 60%

- Day-to-day entries: Purchase, Sales, Bank, Journal entries in Tally Prime

- GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, E-invoice, E-way bill filing monthly

- TDS: 94C, 94J, 194Q calculations + quarterly returns + Form 16/16A

- Reconciliation: Bank, Vendor, Customer, GST 2A/2B with books

- Payments: Vendor payment scheduling, PO matching, Advance tracking

2. Costing & Projects – 20%

- Project Costing: Track material, labor, subcontractor costs for each STP/ETP project

- WIP & Billing: Milestone billing for projects, RA bills, retention tracking

- Budgeting: Monthly cash flow, expense vs budget report

3. Compliance & Reports – 20%

- Statutory: PF, ESI, PT filing. MSME, Shop Act compliance

- Tenders: Prepare financial documents for GeM, GWSSB, GPCB tenders

- MIS Reports: P&L, Cash flow, Debtors/Aging, Creditor report to Director

- Audit: Support for CA audit, GST audit, Internal audit

Must Have Skills: ✅

- Software: Tally Prime, MS Excel advanced, Zoho Books/any ERP

- GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, TRACES, PF/ESI portal knowledge

- Industry exp preferred: Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, Water treatment

- Skills: Accuracy, deadline oriented, can handle CA + Bank + Tax officers
