Job Description
📍 Job Location: Pan Gujarat – Exhibition Sites
👥 Vacancies: 10
💼 Position: Accounts Assistant
💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000/month (as per experience)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Sales bills, invoices & credit notes
• Daily cash, UPI & card reconciliation
• Purchase entries & expense vouchers
• Stall-wise stock & sales records
• GST data compilation & bank reconciliation
• Follow-up for pending settlements & documentation
• Maintain bills, vouchers & statutory records
🔹 Eligibility:
✅ Minimum 12th Pass
✅ B.Com / Commerce qualification preferred
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts/Billing/Back-office Finance
✅ Working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
✅ Basic GST & Bank Reconciliation knowledge
✅ Gujarati & Hindi communication required
✅ Own vehicle preferred
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week
⚡ Joining: Within 7 days preferred
