Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and travel dates.
  • Prepare and sell customized domestic tour packages.
  • Provide quotations for hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and destination partners.
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and travel documentation.
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the company system/Excel.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Stay updated on domestic destinations, hotel options, travel trends, and pricing.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and coordinate with suppliers for quick resolution.

Requirements:

Good communication and sales skills, knowledge of Indian destinations, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in domestic travel sales or tour operations will be an advantage.
