Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products, generating sales enquiries, and converting leads into orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and dealers.
• Explain company products, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up with leads.
• Generate new customers through telephone calls and WhatsApp.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and dealers.
• Share product catalogues, quotations, and product details through WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer and lead records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and delivery.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Must be fluent in Hindi
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers.
• Should be confident while speaking with customers.
• Should have good follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply.
