Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer handling, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
• Call potential customers and explain project details.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Schedule site visits and meetings.
• Update lead details in CRM.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Experience in Real Estate telecalling will be preferred.
