Job Title: Factory & Site Supervisor – Aluminium Doors & Windows

Location: Agra (Only Local Candidates Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Factory & Site Supervisor to manage both factory production and site execution for aluminium doors and windows. The candidate should be able to handle factory operations, conduct site surveys, supervise installation teams, and ensure projects are completed on time with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise factory production and fabrication work.
• Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements.
• Coordinate factory, installation teams, and site activities.
• Monitor installation quality and resolve site issues.
• Read fabrication drawings and plan material requirements.
• Maintain daily work progress and coordinate with management.
• RequirementsDiploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil) or ITI with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the aluminium doors & windows/fenestration industry.
• Experience in both factory operations and site installation is mandatory.
• Knowledge of fabrication, installation, site measurements, and technical drawings.
• Basic MS Excel and AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good team handling and communication skills.
