Job Title: IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services and software solutions.
• Conduct online and in-person client meetings to understand business requirements.
• Present company services and customized IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in IT Services, Software, SaaS, or Digital Marketing sales.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the sales lifecycle.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• MBA/BBA/BCA/B.Tech preferred.
• 1+ year experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or Business Development.

Salary₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
