Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations related to loan processing, documentation, and coordination
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing customers, dealers, and channel partners
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Generate new business leads and convert them in the Vehicle & EV Finance segment
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as defined by management
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) to ensure smooth loan disbursement
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
