Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Degree or specialization in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Reporter.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in dynamic news environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research, investigate, and report news stories accurately and objectively.
2. Conduct interviews with sources, officials, and subject matter experts.
3. Prepare and deliver news reports for television, digital, and social media platforms.
4. Cover field assignments, events, press conferences, and breaking news situations.
5. Verify facts and ensure adherence to journalistic ethics and standards.
6. Collaborate with editors, producers, and camera teams to produce high-quality news content.
7. Maintain strong professional relationships with news sources and stakeholders.

Desired Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Strong news judgment and storytelling abilities.
• Confidence in on-camera reporting.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Familiarity with digital news platforms and social media reporting.
