Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Indian Cook to join our restaurant in Agra. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing a wide variety of North Indian and Indian cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
• Manage food preparation, ingredient storage, and kitchen inventory.
• Monitor food quality and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Follow recipes and maintain portion control.
• Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience as an Indian Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering service.
• Excellent knowledge of North Indian and other Indian cuisines.
• Ability to prepare food in large quantities while maintaining quality.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates from outside Agra are preferred and should be willing to relocate.
