Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive who can help us grow our online presence through content strategy, social media management, content research, AI-assisted content creation, and performance analysis.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & IdeationResearch trending content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create content calendars and posting schedules.
• Develop engaging content concepts for brands, creators, and businesses.
• Content Research & WritingResearch industry trends, competitors, and audience interests.
• Write video scripts, captions, hooks, and social media content.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to generate and optimize content.
• Edit and refine AI-generated content for better performance.
• Video Content ManagementCoordinate with video editors for content production.
• Prepare editing briefs and content requirements.
• Review and analyze video performance metrics.
• Suggest improvements based on audience engagement and retention data.
• Social Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Respond to comments and messages when required.
• Track growth, reach, engagement, and audience insights.
• Performance AnalysisAnalyze social media and content performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Identify winning content formats and growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Basic Website ManagementUpdate website content and landing pages.
• Make basic website changes using WordPress or similar platforms.
• Coordinate with developers when advanced changes are required.
• Required SkillsBasic understanding of Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
• Content Writing and Copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Basic understanding of Video Editing workflows.
• Basic WordPress or Website Management knowledge.
