Looking to step into a role where you can lead teams, drive business growth, and make a visible impact across multiple branches?

We're looking for a Cluster Sales Manager who can take ownership, build high-performing field teams, and deliver results across the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Gold Loan New KYC Business across the assigned cluster
• Recruit Sales Executives for every branch and support their on-field development
• Handle a team of 8 - 10 FOS (Feet on Street) Executives
• Allocate targets, track performance, and ensure timely achievement of business goals
• Travel across the cluster to conduct reviews, meetings, and training programs
• Analyze market opportunities to identify key focus areas and plan business activities accordingly
• Conduct regular team reviews to improve lead quality, lead generation, and overall business performance

What We're Looking For

• Team handling experience is mandatory
• Sales experience (Direct Sales preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively in the local language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• People management capabilities
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2 - 6 years experience in Gold Loan / Banking Field sales product

Any Degree
