🔧 Job Role – Team Leader (Field Sales - MSwipe Soundbox)

• Apni team of FSEs (Freelance Sales Executives) ko lead aur manage karna
• Shop-to-shop visit karke MSwipe Soundbox ka promotion & sales karwana
• Team ko guide & support karke daily/weekly sales target achieve karwana
• Field operations smoothly chalana & issues ka timely resolution
• Sales ka accurate record maintain & report karna

💵 Weekly Payout Structure for Freelancers:

• 1 Sale: ₹280
• 2 Sales: ₹600
• 3 Sales: ₹960
• (More sales = more earning 💸)

✅ Requirements:

• Sales ya team handling ka experience preferred
