| Job Role |
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms like Power BI
- Extract, cleanse, and analyze operational data to uncover insights and trends
- Monitor data collection procedures and ensure accuracy/integrity
- Perform troubleshooting of reporting issues, ensuring optimal MIS performance of SQL queries
- To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process so it can be implemented in reports/dashboards
Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms
Job Description
- Graduate
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in voice-based customer service MIS/data reporting roles
- Strong data skills: SQL, Excel, experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities; attention to detail in handling data and customer interactions
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Flexible to work on extended work hours
- Flexible to get scattered 4 Week Offs in a month with 9 hours shift
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities
- Be Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge
- Possess an upbeat, positive can-do attitude & works with integrity
- Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization. Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers
