Summary:
As a Modernization Engineer, a typical day involves designing and validating innovative hosting solutions that are both agile and cost-efficient. The role focuses on creating scalable and high-performance environments tailored to support contemporary corporate and digital applications. This position requires overseeing the transformation and migration of legacy infrastructure to modern platforms, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced business capabilities. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technology strategies with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, driving forward next-generation outcomes through effective infrastructure modernization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in hosting infrastructure to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of modernization efforts with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with cloud technologies including private and public cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure transformation and migration strategies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable hosting solutions that support digital applications.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cost optimization techniques in hosting environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
