Analyst - Global Research Modernization

An exciting opportunity to work in a small and strategically important Modernization team within the Global Research business, managing and driving a portfolio of strategic and transformational initiatives. The candidate will have the opportunity to manage, lead, drive and govern the acceleration of existing research product deliveries, as well as the evaluation and incubation of new products. The candidate will provide delivery excellence across our portfolio of initiatives, during this important period of change for our Global Research business and act as a change agent with the organization.
 

• Build, deploy, and maintain business processes using Python.
• Collaborate with Research Analysts to understand business needs and translate their requirements into product/information solutions.
• Accountable for the successful management and delivery of multiple projects within the program/portfolio
• Provide end to end project/program management across workstreams; responsible for the controlled end to end delivery of individual projects, partnering with the product leads where applicable.
• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage a strong communications framework to our internal, senior stakeholders
• Partnership with cross-functional teams, e.g. Product Managers, Business Managers, Technology, etc.
• Track risks and dependencies across the portfolio of projects and manage communications and escalation to senior stakeholders accordingly
• Utilize Python for data handling and manipulation to prepare and transform data into a usable format.
• Monitor and troubleshoot process performance and reliability issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through effective validation and testing processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for code, processes, and product features.
