As a Data Analytics Analyst within Markets Operations in Commercial and Investment Banking, you support end-to-end delivery of data remediation and analytics initiatives from initiation through closure. As a Data Analytics Analyst within Markets Operations in Commercial and Investment Banking, you partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into well-documented deliverables, insights, and actions across systems and processes. As a Data Analytics Analyst within Markets Operations in Commercial and Investment Banking, you help industrialize processes using analytics and intelligent automation tools, contributing to strategic transformation programs in an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage data remediation and analytics projects from initiation to closure, ensuring disciplined execution through all phases.
• Analyze data quality through trend and variance monitoring, root-cause investigation, and impact assessment.
• Define and document data definitions and lineage, recommending remediation actions aligned to business outcomes.
• Capture and maintain requirements, objectives and key results, and core project documentation to support intake and closure.
• Generate actionable insights from data, identifying linkages across systems, processes, and trade flows.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to enable successful delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to unblock progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Track milestones and timelines, providing clear status updates to the project lead and management.
• Summarize outcomes through post-project reviews and documentation to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with relevant technology and business experience.
• Bring 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data solutions, including project management for analytics and data remediation initiatives in financial services.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the trade life cycle, client onboarding (Know Your Customer), reference and static data, corporate actions, and related financial processes.
• Show effective collaboration skills, ownership of deliverables, and consistent execution to high quality within agreed timelines.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills and involvement in transformation program initiatives.
• Apply the ability to learn new business functions, systems, and processes quickly to support a variety of projects.
• Use extract, transform, and load processes and analytics or automation tools such as Alteryx, Python, Tableau, Qlik Sense, UiPath, and Jira to support delivery and tracking.
• Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data and present clear, decision-ready insights.

• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
