Key Responsibilities• Provide Level 1 support for applications and production environments.• Monitor application health, system alerts, and service availability.• Investigate incidents and service requests raised by users.• Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and report generation.• Perform basic data corrections and updates as per approved procedures.• Analyse application logs and identify root causes of issues.• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams for issue resolution.• Track incidents and maintain SLA compliance.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support reports.• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the knowledge repository.Job role
