Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your routine, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of model parameters to enhance natural language understanding and generation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques related to language processing.
- Experience with training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to analyze and improve model performance through parameter tuning and evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools that support model development.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
