Senior Product Associate - Co-Branded Card

• Banking, Financial Services, Fintech or payment processors is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to influence and partner / collaborate to drive cross-functional teams without authority.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with clear structure and clarity.
• Applying design thinking (client journey, UX / UI, moments of truth) and comfortable explaining target state customer experiences to stakeholders and technology teams through wireframes and mockups. Prior work experience in API definitions and design with a good understanding of modern software stack and database knowledge a plus
• MBA or advanced MS degree is a plus
