Summary:
As a Solution Architect, your day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies, functions, or platforms. You work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. Your role requires continuous collaboration and strategic thinking to ensure that the solutions developed are both feasible and aligned with client goals, fostering strong partnerships and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong expertise in solution design and architecture within enterprise supply chain environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solution development.
- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
