• Extensive experience with healthcare data standards and regulations. Familiarity with EHR systems and their data structure. • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (E.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). • Extensive Experience in Data Ware Housing/ ETL Business Analysis, Experience with data integration and ETL tools (E.g. Mirth Connect, Talend). • Familiarity with cloud platforms. • Proficient in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle e.g. gathering requirements, modelling use cases, analyzing data, developing technical specifications, resolving issues, user acceptance testing, tracking schedules & tasks and documenting processes for training manuals. • Experience in driving meetings with client business leads & cross functional stakeholders. • Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, story maps, etc. • Excellent soft skills - written and verbal communication • Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we attach importance to personality traits. Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria for user stories. • Expertise in Software dev. lifecycle and working experience in Agile methodologies & tools. · Participate in account / unit level strategic initiatives. · Identify new growth opportunities and support proposal and solution activities · Good understanding of project management activities and project budgeting
