Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, content, event marketing, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, is highly organized, and is passionate about leveraging data and technology to optimize marketing performance. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing
• Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements and communications, and event invitations.
• Optimize email templates for engagement, deliverability, and conversion.
• Analyze email campaign performance across all businesses, track key metrics, and suggest improvements.

• Digital Marketing
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive traffic and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Track website form submissions and analytics for RM/BD follow-up. 

• Content Marketing
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute compelling marketing content (blog posts, reports, whitepapers, infographics, and videos).
• Assist in managing and updating website content to ensure consistency and relevance.

• Sales Enablement & Marketing Collateral
• Maintain marketing distribution lists for all businesses, including reviews/updates in CRM databases.
• Support Coalition Greenwich Award programs, including tracking of promotions and engagement with banks and institutions.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of pitch decks and presentations.
• Work closely with the relationship managers to understand their needs and provide marketing assets that help drive client engagement and conversions.

• Marketing Analytics & Optimization
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
• Assist in A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign performance.

• Event & Webinar Support
• Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and industry conferences.
• Coordinate marketing collateral and promotional materials for events.

Qualifications/ skills

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CMS, and CRM tools.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO principles.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials, such as brochures, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
