Relationship Manager - LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales
- Responsible for managing and growing customer relationships specifically for Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. - Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable LAP products. - Drive sales targets and contribute to business growth in the assigned region. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LAP products, market trends, and competitor offerings. - Work closely with customers in Siliguri and Jalpaiguri regions to provide personalized service. - Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients. - The role demands a sales-oriented mindset with focus on achieving targets and customer satisfaction. - Likely involves field visits and client meetings to generate and close leads. - Should be adaptable to dynamic market conditions and customer requirements.Job role
