Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, your day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. You engage with diverse stakeholders to provide strategic advice on platform selection and technology cost optimization. Your role includes developing and implementing innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that organizations achieve maximum value from their technology investments. You collaborate closely with various teams to align technology initiatives with business goals, driving impactful change and fostering continuous improvement within the enterprise environment.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology platforms with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess technology platforms and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience in advising on technology cost management and value realization.
