Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with other teams may also be part of daily activities to maintain seamless website functionality and user experience.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of web applications ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective web solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks and libraries to build scalable and maintainable applications.
- Familiarity with database management and integration to support dynamic web content.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance and security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
