Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
Must have skills : Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Good to have skills : Generative AI, Agile Project Management, Health Insurance Operations
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Scrum Master, your day revolves around fostering a collaborative and productive environment for the software development team. You enable smooth workflows by guiding the team through Agile practices and ceremonies, ensuring that obstacles are promptly addressed. You facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, helping maintain focus on project goals. Monitoring progress and providing transparent updates are integral to your role, supporting continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives. Your presence ensures that the team remains motivated and empowered to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance Agile maturity and promote continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progress and productivity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Health Insurance Operations, Agile Project Management, Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in complex environments.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide teams and stakeholders through Agile processes.
- Ability to analyze team metrics and use data-driven insights to improve team performance.
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving to maintain a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
