Manager - BSG
- Product & Portfolio Strategy: Own the product roadmap, P&L, feature sets, and tier/variant definitions (e.g., mainstream, millennial, or co-branded cards). [1, 2]
- Acquisition & Onboarding: Optimize digital and offline sales funnels, reduce drop-offs, and design friction-free UI/UX onboarding journeys. [1]
- Payment & Transaction Optimization: Monitor authorization performance, minimize transaction declines, and support capabilities like tokenization, contactless, UPI-on-Credit, and digital wallets (working with networks like Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay). [1]
- Risk & Fraud Management: Collaborate with risk and underwriting teams to tune credit policies, monitor fraud patterns, analyze chargebacks, and maintain portfolio health. [1]
