As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements to maintain optimal performance and support business continuity, often requiring collaboration with different teams to address complex challenges and implement effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Technical.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to application support environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting complex software systems with multiple integrated components.
- Ability to analyze logs, system alerts, and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
