About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead - IoT & Digital Solutions to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of large-scale IoT, Digital Twin, and cloud-native enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IoT ecosystems, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, microservices, and solution design, along with proven experience in leading technical teams and engaging directly with customers.
The role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, project management, stakeholder engagement, and presales support to build next-generation connected solutions for industrial and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of enterprise IoT platforms and connected product solutions.
Design scalable, secure, and reliable IoT architectures covering devices, gateways, edge computing, cloud integration, and analytics.
Define IoT reference architectures, communication protocols, data ingestion frameworks, and telemetry pipelines.
Drive architecture decisions for large-scale deployments involving sensors, industrial equipment, and connected ecosystems.
Build and implement Digital Twin solutions for monitoring, simulation, predictive analytics, and operational optimization.
Ensure IoT solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Architecture & Design: Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, System Design, Enterprise Application Design, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, API & Integration Architecture
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Development: React.js, Node.js, Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Data Modeling
DevOps & Operations: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, Monitoring & Observability
Security & Governance: Security, Compliance, Cost Optimization
Emerging Technologies: AI/ML Integration, Real-time Data Processing
Project & Leadership: Technical Project Management, Agile/Scrum, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Change Management
Consulting & Client Engagement: Requirement Analysis, Technical Consulting, Client Engagement, Pre-sales & Solutioning, Vendor Management
Primary Technology Focus:
IoT Architecture, Digital Twin Solutions, Cloud Architecture, Microservices, and Technical Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.
Experience in Industrial IoT, Smart Manufacturing, Smart Energy, Smart Buildings, Utilities, Logistics, or Connected Products domains.
Hands-on experience with IoT platforms such as Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, ThingsBoard, Siemens MindSphere, PTC ThingWorx, or similar.
Experience implementing Digital Twin frameworks and real-time monitoring platforms.
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly preferred.
Experience leading distributed and cross-functional engineering teams.
