Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the seamless implementation of new processes and technologies. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business, facilitating effective communication and alignment across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather insights and foster alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor the implementation of new processes to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex process requirements clearly.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed documentation and actionable plans.
- Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
