Recovery Executive_Comm. Bank HO & Support_0119_0464_1050460_HRR
- Follow up with customers for overdue EMI payments through calls, field visits, emails, and other collection channels.
- Monitor assigned delinquent accounts and prioritize recovery actions based on aging buckets.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within approved guidelines.
- Conduct customer visits for collection and verification purposes.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, and legal teams for resolution of overdue cases.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal collection policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, recovery efforts, and collection status.
- Identify early warning signals and recommend preventive measures for potential defaults.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in collections, recovery, field collections, or financial services.
- Experience in Commercial Vehicle, Auto Loan, Construction Equipment, LAP, or Retail Asset recovery preferred.
