Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, business growth, customer service, compliance, and profitability of the branch. The role involves achieving business targets, managing branch staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch business growth by achieving targets for liabilities, assets, insurance, and third-party products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance business opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor and control branch operations, cash management, and security processes.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop branch employees to improve productivity and performance.
• Conduct daily sales reviews and guide the team in achieving business objectives.
• Manage branch profitability through effective cost control and business development initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio quality and minimize operational and credit risks.
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth branch functioning.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 5-10 years of banking experience, with relevant exposure to branch banking and team handling.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
