What would you do? • Rapidly restore services, minimize customer impact, and eliminate repeat incidents through strong troubleshooting and RCA. • Looking for a candidate who has expertise in Networking and has good knowledge on fundamentals of Network • Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Problem Management - P5 • Experience in Telecom IT Infrastructure program management and Wireline Network Services, preferably in Telecom Service Assurance • Strong TCP IP routing and switching fundamentals • Troubleshooting of MPLS DIA Voice and Wireless services • Knowledge of NMS tools such as Netcool SolarWinds and Nagios for real time monitoring detection and analysis • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy
Roles and Responsibilities: • Perform L2L3 troubleshooting for service incidents • Analyse alarms, logs, and performance metrics • Identify root causes related to network configuration hardware or vendor issues • Restore services within SLA • Create RCAs and preventive recommendations • Collaborate with OTA to address design and configuration gaps • Support major incident management MIM • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility. • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals. • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach. • Some latitude in decision-making in involved. • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. • The person manages large - medium sized teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
