Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain operations.
